In Nguyen v. South by Southwest, Don Wade v Household Finance Copr. III, and Suzanne Elizabeth Wexler v The State of Texas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In these cases Zimmerer is seen to protect corporate interests, and in the case of Wexler vs Texas he sided with officers that refused to read Miranda rights to a woman that was detained. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zimmerer also voted in Republican primaries until 2014, when the changing demographics proved that running as a democrat would be a “winning” choice for him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
All of this is a matter of public record, his horrible rulings, his past support of the GOP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
